After placing an order, you’ll receive a tracking number to track your shipment via email.

Where do you ship to?
We ship globally and you don't have to worry about delivery fees, they are on us.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is for free for all our customers.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery in Europe takes between 3 to 7 working days. Outside of the UE this may vary depending on your location.

How should I clean my glasses?
We recommend using our Microfiber cloth and Mild dish soap (without lotions or additives).
Do you offer a warranty for your glasses?
Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
What’s Covered in the warranty?
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship (e.g., misaligned frames, defective lenses).
- Broken parts due to poor manufacturing, not accidents.
What’s NOT Covered?
- Scratches on lenses or frames.
- Damage from accidental drops or misuse.
- Normal wear and tear, like loose screws or faded colors.
- Lost or stolen sunglasses.
